How can I cancel my order?
Please Email us directly at support@egisticsproducts.store with the subject “Order Cancellation”. Upon receiving your Email, we will try our best to cancel the order. Unfortunately orders that have already been fulfilled and shipped cannot be cancelled.
How can I change my shipping address?
If the order has not been shipped we can attempt to make that change. Please use our Contact page or Email us at support@egisticsproducts.store with the subject “Address Change” and include the correct address in the additional comments. But we cannot make address changes to an order already fulfilled and shipped.
How long will it take to receive my pre-orders?
Pre-orders typically will take about 1-3 month to process and shipped to costumers. The reason pre-orders take this long is because we want to make sure that our products are made delicately and shipped to our costumers with 100% satisfaction.
Why should I pre-order products? Why can't I just order the product the moment it becomes available?
We generally advise our costumers to pre-order products when the product is available for pre-order. This is because costumers who pre-order will be the first to receive their order. Because our stocks are limited, pre-ordering costumers can guarantee they will secure their items in our limited stock. Pre-orders help us have the knowledge of how many units is needed for future orders.
